There were 30 new cases of COVID-19 in the region Friday, as reported by the Pennsylvania Department of Health.
McKean County had 15 more cases for a total of 3,331 — 2,520 confirmed, 811 probable and 10,506 negative tests; Elk County had 14 more cases for a total of 2,730 — 1,484 confirmed, 1,246 probable and 6,077 negative tests; Potter had one more case for a total of 1,016 — 877 confirmed, 139 probable and 3,363 negative tests; and Cameron County stayed the same at 285 — 191 confirmed, 94 probable and 1,033 negative tests.
Statewide, there are currently 928,469 confirmed cases and 170,033 probable cases of COVID-19, as reported by the department of health Thursday. There have been 4,271,431 negative tests conducted and 25,622 deaths due to COVID-19 in the state.
In regards to vaccines, Pennsylvania had administered 4,247,515 partial doses and 2,637,654 full doses of the COVID-19 vaccine to residents.
In McKean County, 4,522 residents received partial vaccinations, with 6,176 receiving the full vaccination; Elk County, 2,463 partial and 9,710 full; Potter, 706 partial and 1,894 full; and Cameron County, 435 partial and 1,281 full.
