Seven additional cases of COVID-19 were reported in the region as of Monday, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Health.
Elk County had four more cases for 2,687; Potter County had three more cases for 1,012; and Cameron County’s case count remained at 283. McKean County reported one less case than Sunday’s numbers, at 3,254.
There were 3,088 additional positive cases of COVID-19, in addition to 3,362 new cases reported Sunday, for a two-day total of 6,450 additional positive cases of COVID-19, bringing the statewide total to 1,075,424.
In the state, there have been 4,010,115 partial vaccinations and 2,401,825 full vaccinations.
Locally, as of Monday, McKean County reported 4,710 partially covered and 5,716 fully covered by vaccinations; Elk County had 2,861 partial and 8,978 full; Potter County had 731 partial and 1,816 full; and Cameron County had 477 partial and 1,202 full.
In the state, there are 2,460 individuals hospitalized with COVID-19. Of that number, 516 patients are in the intensive care unit with COVID-19.
As of Monday, McKean County had one patient hospitalized with COVID-19, Elk County had two and Potter County didn’t have any.
According to the health department, This week, a total of 7,180,370 doses will have been allocated through April 17: 296,620 first/single doses will have been allocated, and 303,110 second doses will have been allocated.
