There were 20 new cases of COVID-19 in the region as of Tuesday, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Health.
McKean County had two additional cases of COVID-19 for a total of 3,208; Elk County had 8 more cases for 2,612; Potter County had 8 more cases for 994; and Cameron County had two more cases for 281.
In the state, there were 4,255 additional positive cases of COVID-19, bringing the statewide total to 1,049,655.
There are 2,247 individuals hospitalized with COVID-19. Of that number, 427 patients are in the intensive care unit with COVID-19.
In McKean County, one patient was hospitalized with COVID-19; in Elk County, four patients were; and in Potter County, there were no COVID-19 patients hospitalized.
In Pennsylvania, there have been a total of 25,237 deaths attributed to COVID-19, 65 in McKean County, 37 in Elk County, 22 in Potter County and 6 in Cameron County.
As for vaccines, as of Tuesday, there were 4,244 people in McKean County who were partially covered, and 4,665 who were fully covered; in Elk County, 2,486 partial, 8,661 full; in Potter County, 789 partial, 1,625 full; and in Cameron, 493 partial and 1,115 full.
In the state, there were 3,665,622 partially covered and 2,037,055 fully covered.
