There were four additional cases of COVID-19 in the region as of Monday, reported the Pennsylvania Department of Health.
McKean County had two more cases for 3,206 cases in total — 2,417 confirmed, 789 probable and 10,326 negative tests
Elk County had two more for 2,604 cases in total— 1,391 confirmed, 1,213 probable and 5,912 negative tests.
Neither Potter nor Cameron counties reported additional cases.
In Pennsylvania, there were 2,718 additional positive cases of COVID-19, in addition to 3,933 new cases reported Sunday, April 4, for a two-day total of 6,651 additional positive cases of COVID-19, bringing the statewide total to 1,045,400, according to the health department.
As for vaccines, in McKean County, 4,289 are partially covered and 4,560 are fully covered; in Elk County, 2,462 are partially covered and 8,597 are fully covered; in Potter, 791 are partially covered and 1,612 are fully covered; and in Cameron, 504 are partially covered and 1,087, fully covered.
In Pennsylvania, there were 2,202 individuals hospitalized with COVID-19. Of that number, 432 patients are in the intensive care unit with COVID-19.
In McKean County, one patient was hospitalized with COVID-19; in Elk County, four patients were hospitalized; and none were hospitalized in Potter County.
