There were an additional 36 cases of COVID-19 in the local region over the weekend, as reported by the Pennsylvania Department of Health.
McKean County had eight more cases, for a total of 3,204 — 2,415 confirmed, 789 probable and 10,321 negative tests.
Elk County had 26 more cases, for a total of 2,602 — 1,389 confirmed, 1,213 probable and 5,909 negative tests.
Potter County had two more cases, for a total of 986 — 849 confirmed, 137 probable and 3,313 negative tests.
Cameron County reported no new cases, staying at 279.
As for vaccines, 4,289 McKean County residents had been partially covered Sunday, while 4,560 were fully covered; Elk County, 2,462 partially covered and 8,597 fully covered; Potter County, 791 partially covered and 1,612 fully covered; and Cameron County, 504 partially covered and 1,087 fully covered.
Statewide, there are 3,604,134 Pennsylvania residents partially covered and 1,993,722 residents fully covered.
The Pennsylvania Department of Health reported an additional 5,343 cases of COVID-19 in Pennsylvania over the weekend, bringing the statewide total to 1,038,749.
