There were an additional 30 cases of COVID-19 in the local region on Thursday, as reported by the Pennsylvania Department of Health.
McKean County had an additional 12 cases, for a total of 3,189 — 2,402 confirmed, 787 probable and 10,239 negative tests.
Elk County had 15 more cases, for a total of 2,563 — 1,360 confirmed, 1,203 probable and 5,842 negative tests.
Potter County had three more cases, for a total of 984 — 847 confirmed, 137 probable and 3,296 negative tests.
Cameron County reported no new cases, staying at 278.
McKean County currently has five individuals in the hospital with COVID-19, with three in intensive care units and none on ventilators; Elk County, one hospitalized with no individuals in intensive care or on ventilators; and Potter County has no patients in the hospital with COVID-19.
As for vaccines, as of Thursday, 4,222 McKean County residents had been partially covered, with 4,337 fully covered; Elk County, 3,121 partially covered and 7,801 fully covered; Potter County, 780 partially covered and 1,545 fully covered; and Cameron County, 531 partially covered and 1,044 fully covered.
Statewide, there are 3,434,731 partially covered and 1,874,693 fully covered residents.
The Pennsylvania Department of Health reported an additional 3,893 positive cases of COVID-19 Thursday, bringing the statewide total to 1,028,750.
