LEWIS RUN — Lewis Run-based state police investigated the death of a woman in Liberty Township.
Police did not release the woman’s name, only identifying her as a 54-year-old Port Allegany woman.
According to police, troopers were dispatched at 6 a.m. Saturday to Route 155 in Liberty Township, where the deceased woman was located in the living room of a residence. The death appeared to be due to natural causes.
Assisting at the scene were Port Allegany EMS and Frame Funeral Home.
