A Bradford man is in McKean County Jail for allegations that he entered a Mount Jewett home without permission and refused to leave.
David A. Cabisca, 25, of 61 N. Center St., was arraigned over the weekend before District Judge William Todd on charges of criminal trespassing, a third-degree felony; defiant trespassing, a third-degree misdemeanor; possession of a small amount of marijuana for personal use and possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanors; and summary charges of criminal mischief and harassment.
According to the criminal complaint, at 9:38 p.m. Friday, Lewis Run-based state police were dispatched to a West Main Street, Mount Jewett, home for a report of a burglary in progress.
There, the alleged victim told the trooper that Cabisca was in her apartment and refused to leave, the complaint stated. Around 1 p.m. Thursday, she arrived home to find that Cabisca was in her apartment. The female did not know how he got inside the apartment, and he had not been given permission to enter.
She told him several times to leave, but he would not, court records alleged. The female left her home, hoping Cabisca would leave. When she returned on Friday night, she saw that his vehicle was still outside the residence, so she called law enforcement officials.
Police located Cabisca inside the bedroom and saw two smoking devices and a plastic container with THC wax in it. Cabisca admitted the items were his, and he admitted that he punched a hole in the wall, according to the complaint.
Cabisca is in McKean County Jail in lieu of $15,000 bail. A preliminary hearing is set for April 5.

A Bradford man who was wanted on a warrant for allegations of possessing methamphetamine and scales with drug residue was arrested Friday evening.
Tylor L. Johnson, 18, is facing two counts of possessing an instrument of crime, first-degree misdemeanors; and possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanors.
Johnson was arraigned on the charges Nov. 23 and released on unsecured bail. Court records indicate that a preliminary hearing was scheduled several times but had yet to happen in the case.
According to Bradford City Police, about 5 p.m. Friday officers who were on a special detail saw Johnson exit a vehicle on Park Street. Police knew there was a warrant for his arrest, so an officer confirmed the warrant, and Johnson was taken into custody.
He was committed to jail in lieu of $15,000, and a preliminary hearing is currently set for this Wednesday.
According to the criminal complaint, the charges stem from allegations that on the afternoon of Sept. 23, Johnson was the passenger in a vehicle driven by Rachel Anderson. An officer approached the vehicle at the intersection of Burnside and Welch avenues and told Anderson to turn off the car. Instead, she allegedly led police on a high speed chase, which ended when she spun out into a ditch.
Police found Johnson to be in possession of a plastic bag containing meth, a backpack that contained “8ball” unused plastic bags, a clear unused plastic bag and two scales with drug residue, court records stated.
Anderson has pleaded guilty to several charges stemming from the incident including fleeing or attempting to elude an officer and recklessly endangering another person. She is serving a term of 21 months to 3 ½ years in state prison.
