COUDERSPORT — Coudersport Elementary School will be holding call-in kindergarten registration from now to April 7.
Parents must phone the Elementary School at 814-260-4033, or 260-4043 to sign your child up for kindergarten in the fall. a registration packet will be sent home with a sibling, or mailed to your home.
Children must be 5 years of age by Sept. 1, to be age eligible for kindergarten in the fall. Additionally, you must reside in the Coudersport School District.
When returning the packet, please plan to bring to the school the following:
• Legal Proof of Birth (birth certificate, birth record, or passport — original document needed).
• Immunization Records
• Custody Papers — if applicable
• Proof of Residency (lease agreement, purchase agreement, utility bill, etc.)
Plan to stop by the elementary school, during a school day, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. to drop off completed registration papers. Bring your original documents to be photocopied while you wait, and they will be returned to you. If you send completed registration papers in with another child, do not send original documents with them.
