There were seven new cases of COVID-19 in the local region over the weekend, as reported by the Pennsylvania Department of Health on Sunday.
McKean County had 3 more cases for a total of 3,099; 2,338 confirmed cases, 761 probable cases and 9,977 negative tests. As for the COVID-19 vaccine, there have been 3,525 partial doses and 2,802 full doses administered.
Elk County also had 3 new cases, for a total of 2,367; 1,257 confirmed, 1,110 probable and 5,631 negative tests. There have been 3,518 partial doses and 5,973 full doses of the vaccine administered.
Potter County had 1 more case for 962 total; 832 confirmed, 130 probable and 3,208 negative tests. There have been 1,046 partial doses and 791 full doses of the vaccine administered.
Cameron County, however, had no new cases, holding steady at 178 confirmed and 88 probable, with 983 negative tests. There have been 662 partial doses and 783 full doses of the vaccine administered.
In McKean County, Eldred had one more case, for 140 confirmed and 29 probable. It was not immediately clear Sunday where the other two cases were located.
In Elk County, St. Marys had one more case, for 564 confirmed and 479 probable; and Weedville, two more cases for 69 confirmed and 44 probable.
In Potter County, Galeton had 1 more case, for 62 confirmed and 8 probable.
There is 1 person hospitalized in Mckean County with COVID-19, 1 person hospitalized in Elk County and 2 people hospitalized in Potter County.
Over the weekend, statewide there were 4,754 new cases of COVID-19 for a total of 966,210, according to the Department of Health. There were no new deaths reported, keeping the total at 24,530.
