The Pennsylvania Department of Health on Monday reported an additional 10 cases of COVID-19 for the region, all in McKean County.
The other local counties saw no change in COVID-19 case counts.
McKean County now has a total of 3,077 —2,325 confirmed and 752 probable, with 9,848 negative tests. The health department’s dashboard data on cases did not indicate where the additional cases were located.
There were 1,658 additional positive cases of COVID-19 on Monday, in addition to 1,518 new cases reported Sunday, for a two-day total of 3,176 additional positive cases of COVID-19, bringing the statewide total to 950,161.
There were 1,587 individuals hospitalized with COVID-19 in the state. Locally, there were five patients hospitalized with COVID-19 in Elk County, and none in McKean or Potter.
As for vaccinations, in the state, there have been 2,029,731 partial vaccinations and 951,458 full vaccinations administered.
In McKean County, there have been 2,858 partial vaccines and 2,385 full vaccines administered. In Elk County, there have been 3,326 partial vaccines and 5,101 full vaccines. In Potter County, there have been 686 partial vaccines and 644 full vaccines. In Cameron County, there have been 651 partial vaccines and 636 full vaccines given.
