A benefit will be held Saturday for Bradford resident John Etter, who has been battling COVID-19 since Nov. 15.
A spaghetti dinner is set for 4:30 to 6 p.m. Saturday at Evans Memorial United Methodist Church, 1449 South Ave., Lewis Run. The dinner is take-out only, either by drive-thru or pick-up. The cost is $10 for adults or $5 for children aged 12 and under.
Tickets are available in advance by calling/texting 724-815-9377 or emailing klduffee@msn.com. Any remaining tickets will be sold at the door.
Etter has spent two months in the hospital, mostly in the ICU. He is now recovering and receiving rehab at Bradford Manor. Though he is improving, his journey is far from over, according to benefit organizers.
