Gloria Burtner
CAMDEN, S.C. — Gloria Moore Burtner, 93, died Wednesday (Feb. 10, 2021).
She was born Dec. 2, 1927, in Wharton, Pa., to the late Guy E. Moore and Anna Miller Moore. She attended the University of Cincinnati College of Art, Architecture and Design. Gloria taught art in Pennsylvania public schools for 30 years, retiring in 1965 to Greenville, S.C.
Gloria is survived by her daughter, Melissa Burtner Young of Camden, S.C., and, the James Anderson Family, of Port Allegany, Pa. She spent her last years residing with her daughter.
