Bradford man accused of pointing rifle at person
A Bradford man is in McKean County Jail after he allegedly pointed a loaded rifle at a female during an argument.
Tyler W. Bedard, 35, was arraigned Sunday night before District Judge Richard Luther on charges of terroristic threats, a first-degree misdemeanor; simple assault, a second-degree misdemeanor; and summary harassment.
According to court records, at 5:05 p.m. Sunday, Lewis Run-based state troopers were dispatched to a domestic dispute in Corydon Township; while police were en route to the scene, dispatch informed officers that Bedard had left the scene in a pick-up truck with four children.
Bradford City Police located the truck on Seaward Avenue, the complaint stated.
Through investigation, police learned that during an argument between Bedard and a female, Bedard pointed a loaded AR-15-style rifle at her and threatened to shoot her; also, he pushed her at one point, the complaint alleged.
Bedard is incarcerated in lieu of $15,000 bail, and a preliminary hearing is set for Wednesday.

charges against Eldred man bound to court
Assault charges against an Eldred man were bound to McKean County Court at a preliminary hearing Monday before District Judge William Todd.
Colton J. Milliron, 29, is charged with aggravated assault-attempts to cause serious bodily injury with extreme indifference to the value of human life, a first-degree felony; strangulation, aggravated indecent assault-forcible compulsion and aggravated indecent assault without consent, second-degree felonies; indecent assault-forcible compulsion, a first-degree misdemeanor; false imprisonment, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and indecent assault without consent, second-degree misdemeanors; and summary charges of harassment and criminal mischief.
According to the criminal complaint, during an argument with a female on Jan. 30, Milliron pushed the woman to the ground and put his hand to her mouth, making it difficult for her to breath.
When she tried to call 911, he ripped her watch off her wrist, then threw her cell phone away from her, the complaint alleged. He also allegedly forcibly removed her pants and touched her genitals.
Milliron remains in McKean County Jail in lieu of $75,000 bail.

Virginia woman waives
hearing on firearm, drug charges
A Virginia woman waived a preliminary hearing Monday before District Judge David Engman.
Tiara M. Clemons, 23, of Richmond, Va., is charged with receiving stolen property, a second-degree felony; firearms not to be carried without a license, a third-degree felony, possession of an offensive weapon, a first-degree misdemeanor; possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a small amount of marijuana for personal use, misdemeanors.
Court records allege that on Jan. 8, Clemons was in possession of a stolen handgun, along with a marijuana cigarette, two grinders, brass knuckles and more marijuana.
Clemons is free, having posted $10,000 bail.

to court
Drug charges against a Virginia man were bound to McKean County Court at a preliminary hearing Monday before District Judge David Engman.
Moses S. Forde, 30, of Woodbridge, Va., faces one charge of possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, a felony; nine counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and one count of possession of marijuana-small amount for person use, misdemeanors; and summary charges of driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked and disregarding traffic lane.
Forde is free on $25,000 unsecured bail.
