McKean County had 84 additional cases for a total of 2,014 — 1,602 confirmed and 412 probable. There were 3 additional deaths due to COVID-19, bringing the total to 29.
Elk County had 23 more cases for 1,628 total cases — 1,021 confirmed and 607 probable.
Potter County had 15 additional cases for 680 total — 603 confirmed and 77 probable.
Cameron County had 2 more cases for a total of 183 — 132 confirmed and 51 probable.
In Bradford, there were 22 more cases for 647 confirmed and 124 probable; Lewis Run had 14 more cases for 83 confirmed and 166 probable; Rew, at least 2 more for 22 confirmed and 1 to 4 probable; Gifford, at least 2 more for 10 confirmed and 1 to 4 probable; Cyclone, 2 more for 13 confirmed and 8 probable; Kane, 8 more, 233 confirmed, 35 probable; Smethport, 14 more, 214 confirmed, 19 probable; Mount Jewett, 2 more, 38 confirmed, 9 probable; Port Allegany, 7 more, 139 confirmed, 11 probable; Turtlepoint, at least 2 more, 13 confirmed, 1 to 4 probable; Eldred, 2 more, 86 confirmed, 11 probable; Duke Center, 4 more, 21 confirmed, 6 probable; and Rixford, at least 2 more, 24 confirmed, 1 to 4 probable.
In Elk County, St Marys had 12 more cases for 461 confirmed and 240 probable; Ridgway, 7 more, 227 confirmed, 89 probable; Kersey, 3 more, 60 confirmed, 54 probable; and Sigel, 1 more, 33 confirmed, 9 probable.
In Potter County, Coudersport had 6 more cases for 249 confirmed and 39 probable; Shinglehouse, 4 more, 92 confirmed, 14 probable; Austin, 3 more, 50 confirmed, 15 probable; and Ulysses, at least 2 more, 49 confirmed, 1 to 4 probable.
In Cameron County, Emporium had 2 more cases for 118 confirmed and 43 probable.
Statewide, there were 215 new deaths reported for a total of 17,394 deaths attributed to COVID-19.
The Pennsylvania Department of Health confirmed that there were 10,178 additional positive cases of COVID-19, bringing the statewide total to 703,265.
There are 5,491 individuals hospitalized with COVID-19, near double the peak in the spring. Of that number, 1,113 patients are in the intensive care unit with COVID-19.
In McKean County, there are 5 patients hospitalized with COVID-19, one in intensive care; in Elk, 3 hospitalized; and in Potter, 2 hospitalized.
In nursing and personal care homes, there are 56,278 resident cases of COVID-19, and 10,416 cases among employees, for a total of 66,694 at 1,491 distinct facilities in all 67 counties.
In McKean County, 9 facilities have reported 278 cases among residents, 73 among staff and 26 deaths. In Elk County, 3 facilities reported 107 cases among residents, 42 among staff and 6 deaths. In Potter County, 2 facilities reported 27 cases among residents and 13 among staff. In Cameron County, one facility has reported 30 cases among residents, 8 among staff and one death.
