RIDGWAY — Ridgway-based state police are reminding people to lock unattended vehicles after recent thefts from motor vehicles.

According to police, between 10 p.m. Sunday and 4:30 a.m. Monday, someone took a total of $1,220 from four different vehicles. All four vehicles were parked at 891 Shelvey Summit Road, Fox Township, and all were unlocked.

The alleged actor fled undetected, according to police. Anyone with information is asked to contact Ridgway-based state police at 814-776-6136.
