Officials with Bradford Area Public Library issued a release Thursday, announcing a temporary closure of the library.

This closure is a precautionary measure, and the decision was made because of possible staff exposure to COVID-19.

During the closure, curbside pickup services will be suspended as well.

Patrons are reminded that thousands of books are available through the OverDrive collection.

The library may reopen on Monday, depending test results for staff members.
