SMETHPORT (EC) — The McKean County Planning Commission granted conditional final approval Tuesday for a land development in Sergeant Township, where National Fuel plans to construct the Marvindale compressor station.

Final approval is contingent on the developer submitting signed original maps to the county planning department.

To be located on the north side of Clermont Road, Route 146, this project will consist of the installation of three compressor buildings, as well as supporting structures, equipment and utilities. Access to the site will be via a new road off Kin Folks Lane.
