Open Arms Church of Bradford will host a concert by national recording artists Seventh Day Slumber at 7 p.m. Wednesday.
The band will perform in the church’s main auditorium, located at 1289 E. Main St., as part of their Recovery Tour. Doors open at 6 p.m., and the event is free to the public.
Open Arms Outreach Coordinator Annette Stark said that the church was excited by the opportunity to bring a major musical act to Bradford, and hoped the concert might provide some respite during these trying times.
“It has been a rough year for a lot of folks,” Stark said. “We are excited to see God bring people together for this concert and bless them through the music.”
Seventh Day Slumber, originally from Dallas, Texas, are best known for their 2006 song “Oceans from the Rain.” The Dove Award-winning group are currently signed to RockFest Records.
