The holiday season is one that – even during the coronavirus pandemic – will be sure to include plenty of calorie-rich goodies.
They may not be part of large public gatherings, because of the virus, but there’s a pretty good chance co-workers and friends will be dropping off loads of cookies and other foods associated with the holidays.
It’s OK to enjoy those, education consultant and weight-loss guru Ginger Leman says, as long as revelers don’t eat all the cookies. A couple, not the entire plate, is fine.
Moderation is the key, says the woman who lost more than 100 pounds and still enjoys a slice of pizza now and then.
