Judy Brown, owner of the Little Fabric Garden, is partnering with the Bradford Area Public Library to bring the community another virtual program that will debut on Nov. 4.
Building Blocks will explore a variety of block designs that are used in the creation of quilts. Brown breaks down each block and illustrates how each individual component of a design comes together to build an interesting block.
Brown provides clear instruction, thus demystifying the whole quilting process. Building Blocks is appropriate for all experience levels, from the novice to the veteran quilter, as Brown will showcase simple designs to those of a more complex nature.
Building Blocks is prerecorded and will post to the library’s Facebook page.
The Bradford library will also have handouts available of Brown’s instructions that accompany each biweekly episode.
After airing to the social media platform, this program will be linked to the library’s website, bradfordlibrary.org, so that all interested persons can easily access this program.
