LEWIS RUN — Lewis Run-based state police said they are investigating the death of a Port Allegany man.
The nature of the incident was listed as “death natural” on the public information release.
According to police, they responded at 5:32 a.m. Sunday to 86 Church St., Port Allegany, to the attended death of Earl Doucette, 64. Doucette’s wife reported that she found her husband not conscious and not breathing.
The case is currently being investigated, police said.
Assisting on scene were the Roulette Fire Department, the Port Allegany Fire Department and Ambulance and the Switzer Funeral Home.
