TOPS #623
SMETHPORT — The weekly meeting of Take Off Pounds Sensibly #623 was held Tuesday with weigh-ins at 4:30 p.m. at Chico’s Cafe and Bake Shoppe located at 101 W. Main St. in Smethport.
Ten members weighed in with a loss of 6.6 pounds. Ami was the best loser. The club is going to focus on drinking more water this week.
The program was delivered by Ami and was titled “Taking the ‘Fail’ Out of the Scale.” Members discussed the different ways they can be thankful even though the scales haven’t shown a loss for a particular week. For example, maybe they noticed their clothes fit differently, or they focused on eating more healthy.
