A Wellsville, N.Y., man is felony criminal trespassing charges after an alleged incident Wednesday in Ulysses Borough.
According to Coudersport-based state police, troopers responded at 10:24 a.m. Wednesday to 422 Zepher St., Ulysses, for a report of a male trespassing on the property. The male — Dakota Jones, 23, of Wellsville — was taken into custody, and charges against him were filed in the office of District Judge Christopher Kalacinski.
Jones was arraigned that day on the following charges: criminal trespass-break into structure, a second-degree felony; criminal trespass-enter structure, a third-degree felony; criminal mischief-tamper with property and criminal mischief-damage property, court records stated.
Police listed Sandra Petsch, 52, of Ulysses, as the alleged victim. The investigation is closed, according to police.
No further information about what Jones did at the property was released.
Jones is in Potter County Jail in lieu of 10% of $25,000 bail. A preliminary hearing is set for today.
