So there is no misunderstanding, I voted for and support President Trump. I lived in Bradford all my life, except for three years serving in the U.S. Army and six years in Indiana, Pa., working for Penelec.
After retiring, I wanted to give back to the community. I was fortunate to be appointed to fill a vacant Bradford City Council position, re-elected twice and became involved in the McKean County Republican Party.
For the past four years our president has been put under a microscope by the media. During any election year, should not both candidates have the same scrutiny? What do we know about Joe Biden other than the filtered softball interviews in the media?
Wouldn’t any normal person consider the health and mental fitness of the man who may assume the leadership of the greatest nation on Earth? That same person only has to observe, and note the lapses and inconsistencies that merit more scrutiny.
Is there an ulterior motive to nominate a 77-year-old man to run for the highest elected office in the country? Depending on the data, the life expectancy of a male in the U.S. is between 75 or 78.
If Joe Biden is elected, what happens if for circumstances beyond his control, he is unable to fulfill his duties as president? The vice president would assume the leadership role. While the position of Joe Biden seems to change with the direction of the polls, the vice president position is clearly defined as far left.
Before you vote consider what I have presented. I cannot envision what this great nation would look like if this is the ultimate outcome.
Regarding voting, the citizens of Afghanistan and Iraq after liberation went to the polls in person. I recall seeing these citizens proudly displaying their purple thumbs. They did this, knowing the terrorists had threatened death to anyone who voted. So, yes, my wife and I are going to vote in person.
