The husband of a man arraigned last week on rape allegations was sent to McKean County Jail on sexual assault charges following an arraignment on Thursday.
Jason Michael Milliken, 42, of Bells Run Road, Shinglehouse, is charged with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse of a person less than 16, a first-degree felony; sexual assault, a second-degree felony; two counts of corruption of minors, third-degree felonies; one count of corruption of minors, a first-degree misdemeanor; one count each of recklessly endangering another person, indecent assault without consent and indecent assault of a person less than 16, all second-degree misdemeanors; and one count of furnishing alcohol to a minor, a third-degree misdemeanor.
According to the criminal complaints for Milliken and his husband, Aaron Waters-Milliken, 42, a juvenile male reported he had been sexually assaulted on Sept. 5.
The youth was at the couple’s residence, and was supplied alcohol, cigarettes and a vape. The juvenile went to sleep in the same bed as the couple, in between the men, the complaints stated.
Waters-Milliken told police that the child was sleeping, and he began to touch the child and performed sex acts on the sleeping child, the complaint alleged.
When interviewed by state police on Thursday, Milliken said he touched the victim inappropriately, and performed a sex act on the victim. He told police he had seen Waters-Milliken touching the victim inappropriately as well.
The criminal complaints noted that the couple had exposed the child to a communicable disease by performing sex acts on him.
Milliken was arraigned Thursday afternoon before District Judge Bill Todd and remanded to jail in lieu of $200,000 bail. He is scheduled for a preliminary hearing Oct. 5 before Todd.
Waters-Milliken is also in jail in lieu of $200,000 bail. He is scheduled for a preliminary hearing Sept. 21 before Todd. He is facing charges including rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, aggravated indecent assault and more.
