Allegheny National Forest to reconstruct forest road

WARREN — The Allegheny National Forest will be reconstructing Forest Road 504 and Forest Road 508 on the Bradford Ranger District.

Forest Road 508 intersects with US Route 219. Road reconstruction will include the removal of one existing stream crossing culvert located over the Camp Run Drainage for an upgrade for aquatic organism passage.

Forest Road 504 and Forest Road 508 will be closed to through traffic beginning on Sept. 23, with work scheduled for tentative completion by Sept. 30. For further information on this project contact Forest Engineer Robert Phillips at 814-728-6269 or robert.phillips1@usda.gov.
