HARRISBURG — The Pennsylvania Department of Health on Monday confirmed that there were 638 additional positive cases of COVID-19 on Sept. 13 and 620 additional positive cases of COVID-19 on Sept. 14, bringing the statewide total to 145,063.
Elk County’s case count was listed at 66, McKean County’s at 48, Potter County’s at 25 and Cameron County’s at 8.
Elk County has had 2,280 negative tests, McKean County has had 4,001 negative tests, Potter County, 1,023; and Cameron County, 408.
The number of tests administered within the last 7 days between Sept. 7 and 13 is 158,712 with 5,127 positive cases. There were 20,221 test results reported to the department through 10 p.m., September 13. These results represent the total number of tests administered.
There were no new deaths reported Sunday, September 13, and 7 new deaths reported for Monday, for a total of 7,869 deaths attributed to COVID-19.
There are four counties which have not reported any COVID-19 deaths, Cameron, Potter, Forest and Sulivan counties. McKean and Elk counties have each had 2 deaths reported.
