A Shinglehouse man is in McKean County Jail, charged with the alleged rape of a 14-year-old male.
Aaron Waters-Milliken, 42, of Bells Run Road, is charged with two counts each of rape, statutory sexual assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a person unconscious or unaware, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse — four or more years older than the victim, all first-degree felonies; two counts of sexual assault and one count each of aggravated indecent assault without consent, aggravated indecent assault with a person unconscious or unaware and aggravated indecent assault — four or more years older than the victim, second-degree felonies; corruption of minors, a third-degree felony; three counts of indecent assault, first-degree misdemeanors; recklessly endangering another person and three counts each of indecent assault without consent and indecent assault — four or more years older than the victim, all second-degree misdemeanors.
According to the criminal complaint, the juvenile reported on Sept. 6 that he had been sexually assaulted on Sept. 5. The alleged incident was under investigation by Lewis Run-based state police.
At 9:45 a.m. Friday, Waters-Milliken contacted Cpl. Joseph Gerg, the crime unit supervisor, and said he wanted to turn himself in for rape. He told the trooper the victim’s name and the location of the rape, at his own residence. At 11 a.m., two state troopers went to Waters-Milliken’s home and picked up him and his husband, taking them both to the Lewis Run barracks, the complaint noted.
At 12:01 p.m., Waters-Milliken was taken to the interview room and read his rights, agreeing to waive his rights and speak to police. He said he and his husband had picked up the juvenile after 7 p.m. Sept. 4, as the child was going to do some work around the house for the couple the next day.
He said the three went to bed around midnight, and the juvenile slept in the same bed as the couple, between the men. He told police that the child was sleeping, and he began to touch the child and performed sex acts on the sleeping child, the complaint alleged.
Police noted that “by committing the sex acts, the defendant exposed the victim to a communicable disease,” the complaint stated.
The husband, Jason Milliken, was interviewed by police, and said he observed Waters-Milliken touching the child inappropriately, the complaint stated.
Waters-Milliken was arraigned before District Judge Bill Todd and remanded to jail in lieu of $200,000 bail. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for Sept. 21.
