PEOPLE WANT MORE SPACE: A recent study by Unclutterer.com found that the pandemic and stay-at-home orders have convinced a significant number of people that a move is in order. As previously reported in an RTS, about 1 in 4 Pennsylvanians and 50% of city dwellers surveyed are inspired to move once that is a feasible option.
In general, 39% of respondents say their biggest priority would be more outdoor space.
This was followed by nearly a third (30%) saying their biggest need would be for high speed broadband — essential when you consider how many people are working from home due to the pandemic.
