Six members of Take Off Pounds Sensibly #1704 weighed in Monday night at the Hooker Fulton building losing 11.2 pounds.
Silvana was the Loser in Waiting and the Officers of the Week were Silvana and Denise.
Members finished discussing the belief cards and five-minute bowls. This week, members are to steer clear of snacking after dinner and to try tuna or salmon.
There will be no meeting Monday in observance of Labor Day. For the week of Sept. 7 members are to avoid sugary drinks and eat fresh fruits and veggies.
