SHINGLEHOUSE — The Oswayo Valley Memorial Library offered an update on current hours and available services.
The library is open to the public from noon to 7 p.m. Tuesdays; from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays; and from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturdays.
For anyone who does not wish to enter the building, the library will still offer curbside pickup. Call 814-697-6691 with requests.
The library is holding a portrait fundraiser. For a $15 sitting fee, participants will receive one 8×10 photo, one 5×7 photo, and a sheet of eight wallet-sized photos. Participants are invited to bring their child, spouse, pet or grandchild. Call the library at (814)-697-6691 to register and reserve a time slot.
COVID-19 precautions and procedures will be taken for the health and safety of the community.
Patrons can search the card catalog by visiting the website at ovmlibrary.org. They can also log into their accounts and renew books or put a book on reserve.
