A vehicle versus pedestrian accident at 2:48 p.m. Thursday involved a student from Floyd C. Fretz Middle School.
According to Bradford City Police Chief Mike Ward, the student was struck by the vehicle on East Main Street shortly after school let out, in the vicinity of Valu Home Center.
The student suffered minor injuries and was transported to Bradford Regional Medical Center for treatment.
Ward explained that Student Resource Officer Steve Green is investigating the accident.
No further information was available due to the ongoing investigation.
