The Bradford Area School District Board of Directors voted at Wednesday’s special meeting to approve the playing of fall sports within a proposed four-county bubble.
The decision will allow teams within the school district to take part in fall competitions, provided they’re within the four-county area of Elk, McKean, Cameron and Potter counties, which make up the Seneca Highlands Intermediate Unit 9.
Practices at Bradford High began on Monday. Competitions for all sports will begin the week of Sept. 14, per the proposed agreement between the participating schools of the bubble.
