A Leechburg woman accused of having sexual intercourse in front of two teens pleaded guilty Thursday in McKean County Court.
Leola S. Davis, 33, entered the guilty plea to charges of endangering the welfare of children, a third-degree felony, and produce/present/direct obscene performance, a first-degree misdemeanor.
District Attorney Stephanie Vettenburg-Shaffer said that between June 1 and July 17 in 2019, Davis, who was supervising a 13-year-old girl and a 14-year-old girl, had sexual intercourse with her male paramour next to the children on two occasions and allowed the teens to consume alcohol. The male instructed the teens on how to perform sexual acts on each other.
Davis will be sentenced Sept. 10.
She will not have to undergo a sexually violent predator evaluation. Her codefendant — Perry Green — did have to undergo an evaluation, but he did not meet the definition of a sexually violent predator, Shaffer said at his sentencing hearing.
Green pleaded guilty May 4 to charges of corruption of minors and produce/present/direct obscene performance-minor. He was sentenced Aug. 13, to 15 to 30 months in state prison, and he must register as a sex offender under Megan’s Law for his lifetime.
