A Bradford man was convicted Tuesday in McKean County Court of charges stemming from indecent assault and threat allegations in Bradford City.
A jury found Joshua K. Green, 42, guilty of the following: indecent assault (victim under the age of 13) and corruption of minors, both third-degree felonies; indecent exposure and terroristic threats, both first-degree misdemeanors, according to District Attorney Stephanie Vettenburg-Shaffer.
“The case was investigated by Sgt. Todd Erickson with assistance by Acting Chief Mike Ward of the City of Bradford Police,” said Shaffer. “The crimes occurred between January 1, 2016 and December 31, 2017 within the City of Bradford.”
She added, “The case was prosecuted by McKean County Assistant District Attorney Ashley M. Shade.”
Green will be sentenced at 1 p.m. Nov. 19.
