HARRISBURG — The Pennsylvania Department of Health on Monday indicated that there were 384 additional positive cases of COVID-19, bringing the statewide total to 124,844.
Locally there was no change. Elk County is the region’s highest at 58 positives, followed by McKean County with 34, Potter County with 21 and Cameron County with 8.
Fourteen counties remain under 100 positive cases.
Bradford County has had 93 positive cases, Clarion County has had 90; Jefferson County, 78; Venango County has had 67; Elk County, 58; Wyoming County has had 63; Tioga County, 41; McKean County, 34; Fulton County, 28; Warren County, 23; Potter County, 21; Forest County, 12; Sullivan County, 10; and Cameron County, 8.
Twenty-one counties have had more than 1,000 positive cases; nine counties more than 5,000; and four more than 9,000.
Philadelphia County has had the highest number of positive cases, at 27,572; Montgomery County has had 10,433; Delaware County, 9,731; and Allegheny County, 9,504.
There are 17 states on the Pennsylvania recommended quarantine list: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas.
There are 644 patients who have a positive serology test and either COVID-19 symptoms or a high-risk exposure, which are considered probable cases and not confirmed cases. There are 1,342,475 patients who have tested negative to date.
