Bradford man
facing burglary,
indecent assault charges
A Bradford man is facing charges after he allegedly entered a home without permission and had unwanted contact with a female.
Richard P. Fetzeck, 44, of 3 Marion Ave., Apt. 2, was arraigned early Monday morning before District Judge David Engman on charges of burglary, a first-degree felony; criminal trespassing, a third-degree felony; indecent assault-forcible compulsion, a first-degree misdemeanor; indecent assault without consent, false imprisonment and two counts of simple assault, second-degree misdemeanors; and one count of summary harassment.
According to the criminal complaint, at 8:56 p.m. Sunday, police officers were dispatched to 251 W. Washington St. for an assault.
Court records indicate that Fetzeck kicked a female while she was cleaning the carpets in her vehicle, bruising her right shoulder.
Then, at 9:16 p.m. Sunday, officers were dispatched to 3 Marion Ave. for an assault. Through interviews, police learned that Fetzeck allegedly entered without permission an apartment that was not his, and he chased a female and yelled that he was going to kiss her. He grabbed her, threw her on the couch, grabbed her breasts and tried to kiss her, according to the complaint.
The female had bruises to her arms, wrist and back from being held down against her will, the complaint stated.
Fetzeck is in McKean County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail, and a preliminary hearing is set for Aug. 26.

Bradford man jailed on terroristic threat charges
A Bradford man is in McKean County Jail on terroristic threat charges after an alleged incident on Thursday in Foster Township.
Michael O. Sprought, 39, of Bradford, was arraigned Thursday before District Judge Richard Luther on two counts each of terroristic threats, first-degree misdemeanors; and one count each of criminal mischief and disorderly conduct, third-degree misdemeanors.
No further information about the allegations against Sprought was available at press time Monday.
Sprought is in jail in lieu of $50,000 bail. A preliminary hearing is set for Aug. 26.
