A Limestone, N.Y., man accused of delivering methamphetamine was sentenced Thursday in McKean County Court.
Brandan M. Willoughby, 28, will serve nine to 23 ½ months in McKean County Jail with credit for 165 days of time served for a charge of possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance. Willoughby pleaded guilty July 23 to allegations that on March 2, he possessed with the intent to deliver about 9.9 grams of methamphetamine.
Also in court, Wade S. Bunker, 51, of Bradford, was sentenced to two days to 18 months in McKean County Jail with credit for two days of time served for a charge of possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance. President Judge John Pavlock said the charge was for allegations that Bunker possessed three marijuana plants.
Bobby J. Reid, 38, of Smethport, pleaded guilty to charges in two cases: a charge of access device fraud in one case and a charge of escape in the other. According to District Attorney Stephanie Vettenburg-Shaffer, on March 4, 2019, Reid used her daughter’s Access card to obtain money; Then, when Reid was later incarcerated, she was granted a furlough to attend a treatment program and failed to return to McKean County after she left the treatment program. Reid will be sentenced Sept. 10.
Curtis J. Deitz, 39, of Bradford, will serve six months to one year in McKean County Jail with credit for seven days of time served for a charge of simple assault and a summary charge.
On July 9, Deitz pleaded no contest to allegations that on Jan. 5, he grabbed a juvenile female by the throat and threw her to the ground and shoved another female into a stand.
Brandon J. McKinney, 33, of Bradford, will serve three to 23 ½ months in McKean County Jail with credit for one day of time served for charges of DUI-general impairment, possession of an offensive weapon and a summary charge. The criminal complaint at the time of McKinney’s arrest alleged that on May 16 on Harrisburg Run in Foster Township, McKinney, who was under the influence of alcohol, intentionally struck another person’s pickup truck with his own pickup truck.
Jessie S. Jones, 28, of Bradford, will serve three months to one year in McKean County Jail with credit for 65 days of time served and 11 ½ months of probation for a charge of retail theft.
On July 23, Jones pleaded guilty to allegations that on Feb. 7, she took about $194 worth of shoes and socks from Shoe Department in Foster Brook.
Danelle M. Tompkins, 38, of Eldred, will serve one year of probation for a charge of delivering drug paraphernalia. Tompkins pleaded guilty July 23 to allegations that between Dec. 5, 2018, and July 30, 2019, she delivered a marijuana pipe to a 17-year-old.
Emily M. McCall, 30, of Bradford, will serve one year of probation for a charge of receiving stolen property. On July 16, McCall pleaded guilty to allegations that on Nov. 22, she conspired to retain an American Express Card that belonged to somebody else.
Atasha C. Simbeck, 32, of Kane, will serve six months of probation with a term of restrictive sanctions for a charge of DUI-controlled substance.
Jason L. Austin, 50, of Turtlepoint, will serve six months of probation with a term of restrictive sanctions for a charge of DUI-alcohol and a summary charge.
Jason M. McCracken, 34, of Bradford, will serve six months of probation with a term of restrictive sanctions for a charge of DUI-alcohol.
Several people made appearances in McKean County Court last week on Aug. 6, according to court records.
Among those making Aug. 6 court appearances were Chad A. Ginkel, 39, of Erie, pleaded guilty to charges in two cases: possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia in one case and possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI-controlled substance and a summary charge in the second.
Andrew J. Kolata, 25, of Smethport, pleaded guilty to a charge of simple assault. He will be sentenced Aug. 27. Kolata was accused in a domestic dispute on Dec. 7 in Keating Township.
Thomas H. Kinner, 40, of Mount Jewett, pleaded guilty to charges of receiving stolen property and possession of drug paraphernalia. He will be sentenced Aug. 27. Court records filed at the time of Kinner’s arrest alleged that he took a camper trailer that was left along a Sergeant Township road with a flat tire, and he was found to be in possession of methamphetamine.
Derik N. Nelson, 22, of Duke Center, pleaded guilty to charges in two cases: retail theft in one case and possession of drug paraphernalia in the second. He will be sentenced Sept. 24.
Steven E. Dunkle, 41, of Smethport, pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. He will be sentenced Aug. 27.
Angela A. Showers, 18, of Erie, pleaded guilty to a summary charge of public drunkenness. She was sentenced to 60 days of probation.
The following people were accepted into the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition Program on Aug. 6: Daniel G. Hanko, 43, of Levittown, and Linda D. McComb, 59, of Lewis Run, both for DUI-general impairment; and Cathleen H. Flynn, 34, of Pittsburgh, and Edward B. Flynn, 38, of Pittsburgh, both for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
