SMETHPORT — The meeting of Take Off Pounds Sensibly PA 623 was held Tuesday evening with eight members weighing in.
Members lost 6.8 pounds. Anne was the best loser for the week.
The “no-no” is cookies.
Ami started a contest, “The Fish Bowl,” which will run for four weeks. Ami also did the program “The TOPS Name Game.” Everyone received a bottle of water for participating.
Sue will do the program next week.
