PYOGA met Wednesday for a meeting at the Model T Restaurant.
Ted Howard was the guest speaker. His career started with his father in the oil business. His company, Howard drilling, does wells and also plugs them.
Zoom meetings were discussed. Linda Meyers said she would set them up.
Next meeting will be at Marsha McCracken’s house with a brown bag dinner. Guest speaker will be Ed Dallenbach from American Refining Group. Date for the meeting is August. Guests are welcome.

The weekly meeting of Take Off Pounds Sensibly #16 was held on Wednesday at The First Presbyterian Church on 54 E. Corydon St. at 1 p.m.
Leader Vickie Johnson called the meeting to order with the TOPS and KOPS Pledge.
The song was “Tops We Will Go” to the tune of “The Farmer in the Dell.”
Assistant Weight Recorder Barb Smead and Co-Leader Diana Lewis weighed in 20 members with a loss of 9 pounds and 3 staying the same. Best Loser in Waiting is Liz Tanner and Jeanne Lowe.
Secretary report was read by Jeanne Lowe. The Food Chart was received by Theresa Bond. The calories will be kept by 4 members.
Nickelodeon is mashed potatoes. The fruit is apples, and the vegetable is peas. The food to avoid is ice cream.
A program on weight loss tips and tricks was presented by Nan Stoling.
Members are reminded that meetings are now on Wednesdays.
The meeting was adjourned with the Friendship Circle and the TOPS Prayer.
