MOUNT JEWETT — Visitors are invited to Kinzua Bridge State Park as staff explore the different areas of the park through birdwatching and nature walk programs.
Participants must wear a mask and practice social distancing to participate. The limit to the number of participants of any program is 25 unless otherwise stated.
Saturday Morning Birdwatching will be held at 7:15 a.m. July 11, 18 and 25. Participants can enjoy a relaxing nature walk and hear and see the many diverse species of birds that are in the park. Bring your own binoculars and meet in front of the Visitor Center.
Saturday Afternoon Nature Walks will be held at 1 p.m. July 11, 18 and 25.
Participants will take a one-mile nature walk and see trees, wildflowers and other nature while walking on the easy to moderate General Kane Trail. Dress according to the weather. Limit is five participants.
