A Bradford man is facing allegations that he threatened over the phone to kill a man in front of his family.
Tony J. McCormick, 32, of 22 Merrow Ave., was arraigned before District Judge William Todd on one count of terroristic threats, a first-degree misdemeanor; and four counts of harassment, third-degree misdemeanors.
According to the criminal complaint, at 11 p.m. Monday, Lewis Run-based state police were dispatched to Sweitzer Drive, Otto Township, for a report of a threat made over the phone.
McCormick told the a male that he was going to come to the male’s house and kill him in front of his family, the complaint stated.
McCormick is in McKean County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail, and a preliminary hearing is set for July 22.
