A Bradford woman pleaded guilty Thursday in McKean County Court for methamphetamine-related charges.
Gilda R. Keller, 35, entered a guilty plea to charges of tampering with/fabricating physical evidence and possession of a controlled substance.
Assistant District Attorney Bridget Murphy said that on Sept. 21 Keller possessed methamphetamine, and, after being told that a search warrant was being obtained for a Bradford residence she occupied, she threw out the window onto the roof four baggies of meth, along with baggies and straws that had residue on them.
Keller will be sentenced July 30.
Also in court, Kent C. Rissel, 33, of Coudersport, pleaded guilty to a charge of receiving stolen property. According to Murphy, on Nov. 11, Rissel disposed of a wallet that contained $953 knowing the wallet was probably stolen. He will be sentenced July 30.
James S. Severance, 40, of Bradford, pleaded guilty to a charge of access device fraud. On Nov. 22, Severance used someone else’s credit card to buy $185.28 worth of items, Murphy said. He will be sentenced July 30.
Bryant K. Hix, 25, of Fairfax, Va., pleaded guilty to charges of possession of methamphetamine and Xanax, possession of drug paraphernalia and a summary charge. He will be sentenced July 30.
Thaddius B. Lathrop, 32, of Port Allegany, pleaded guilty to a charge of summary disorderly conduct. Murphy said that on Oct. 14, 2018, Lathrop used threatening language at a man during a custody exchange, and he threw a black sports bra at the man’s vehicle.
Mark A. Pingie, 64, of Bradford, pleaded guilty to a summary harassment charge and was sentenced to three months of probation. On May 5, Pingie struck his wife in the face with an open hand, said Murphy.
