WARREN — The Allegheny National Forest is currently reviewing a request from Oil Creek Energy LLC for a pipeline special use authorization located in Corydon Township, McKean County.
The proposed pipeline has a right-of-way 500 feet long and 20 feet wide, totaling 0.26 acres.
The USDA Forest Service is proposing to authorize the use and routine maintenance of this right-of-way for a term of 30 years. Activities beyond routine maintenance, if proposed in the future, will require a separate review and approval.
