PORT ALLEGANY — Registration for READsquared is still open through the S.W. Smith Memorial Public Library.

SummerQuest for all ages began on June 15, 2020 at the S.W. Smith Memorial Public Library.

Our new virtual learning platform, READsquared, will bring all the fun of Story Hour, SummerQuest Grades 1-6, Teen SummerQuest, and Adult SummerQuest to you!

Participants must be residents of Port Allegany School District or Otto-Eldred School District. Registration is free and ongoing until July 25. Participants will do more than just log reading for points to complete their program.

Missions have been set up in each program that include activities such as arts & crafts, simple science projects, music and movement videos, health & fitness, creative writing, and virtual story-telling videos of world myths & legends and fairy tales & nursery rhymes, and much more! Registrants can even download the READsquared app from Google Play or Tunes! Registration is ongoing until the program ends on July 25, 2020.
