Beginning Monday, the Bradford Area Public Library will offer limited business services via curbside service, including copying, faxing, and scanning to email.
To minimize cash handling, the library is taking donations for these services instead of charging specific prices per copy, and library staff will not be giving back change. All patrons at the library for business services must wear a mouth- and nose-covering mask.
Patrons can request business services in one of two ways — email or a walk-up request.
To submit a request via email, patrons must send a message to info@bradfordlibrary.org. All necessary information must be included in the email — full name, the attached documents for printing, how many copies are needed, and if the printed documents need to be faxed.
BAPL staff will print the documents exactly as they are attached to the email. Staff will not make changes or edits to submissions. Patrons will receive an email to set up a pickup time when the printed documents are ready
To place a walk-up request, patrons can ring the doorbell at the front of the library, and set the documents on the curbside pickup table. A BAPL staff member will take the documents — patrons can let the staff member know how many copies are needed, or if the documents needs to be faxed or scanned. Maintain social distancing guidelines of 6 feet, and do not hand documents directly to library staff.
