SMETHPORT — Hamlin Memorial Library has announced its summer reading program, as well as an upcoming dinner event.
The 2020 virtual summer reading program will begin June 17. This year’s theme is “Imagine Your Story.”
The reading program will include stories, videos, STEM activities and virtual art with Julie Mader available via Facebook.
Also, every Wednesday, participants can pick up grab-n-go bags anytime during open hours.
The library also invites the public to a take-out dinner event called “Footstomps on the Go.” Dinner begins at 6 p.m. June 19 and will include beef on weck, two sides and dessert. Cost is $10 per person.
