A Roulette woman will serve state prison time for allegations of drug delivery and child endangerment in McKean County.
Kimberly A. Bisher, 29, was sentenced Monday in McKean County Court before President Judge John Pavlock to one to two years in state prison with credit for 100 days of time served.
Bisher pleaded guilty Sept. 5 to charges of possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance and endangering the welfare of a child.
At the time of Bisher’s plea, District Attorney Stephanie Vettenburg-Shaffer explained that on March 6, 2017, Bisher delivered about .02 grams of buprenorphine and 10 tramadol pills to a confidential information with the McKean County Drug Task Force in exchange for $45. During the sale, Bisher left an infant alone in her vehicle while she got into the confidential informant’s vehicle to complete the transaction, Shaffer said.
Bisher is serving the McKean County sentence concurrent to — or at the same time as — a sentence she is serving in Potter County.
The attorneys at Monday’s sentencing hearing said they believed the Potter County sentence was roughly two to four years in state prison.
Court records indicate she is serving sentences in Potter Court for four criminal cases.
According to court records, she pleaded guilty in one Potter County case to endangering the welfare of children and resisting arrest; in another, endangering the welfare of children and DUI-controlled substance; in a third, aggravated cruelty to animals-torture; and in a fourth, possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, operating a methamphetamine lab and deposits/stores/disposes chemical waste.
