According to the criminal complaint, on Monday, state police were dispatched to a theft along Route 146 in Sergeant Township. The owner of a camper trailer told police that the trailer had a flat, so she left it along the road to get a spare tire. When she returned for it, the trailer was gone.
In that area, someone had spray painted profanity on the road as well, the complaint read. On Tuesday, police received a tip of marks in the road on Red Mill Road and up a logging road that looked like a vehicle missing a tire. A state trooper followed the marks and came upon Kinner’s truck pulling the trailer. When Kinner was placed under arrest, he was found to be in possession of methamphetamine, the complaint read.
The trailer was damaged from the trip.
